Order Processing
Ready Stock
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Pre-Order
Pre-order items require approximately 7–14 working days to arrive at our warehouse before dispatch.
If your order contains both ready stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available. Should you require separate shipments, additional shipping charges may apply.
Please note that processing times may be extended during festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or public holidays.

Self Collection

Self-collection is strictly by appointment only and subject to availability.
